Orders & Processing

How long does it take to process my order?
Most orders are processed within 7–10 business days before shipment. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Because many Texas Untamed Embroidery items are customized or prepared to order, orders cannot be changed or cancelled once production has begun. If you need to request a change, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Shipping

When will my order ship?
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

My package says delivered but I can't find it. What should I do?
Please check with household members, neighbors, or building management first. If the package still cannot be located, contact your local post office and file a missing mail request with USPS. Texas Untamed Embroidery is not responsible for packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Returns

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the custom and handmade nature of many Texas Untamed Embroidery items, all sales are considered final unless the item arrives damaged or there is a production error.

Garment Care

How should I wash my items?
For best results, turn garments inside out and wash on a delicate cycle with cold water. Tumble dry on low heat or hang to dry. Detailed care instructions are available on our Garment Care page.

Products

Are your denim items new or vintage?
Some Texas Untamed pieces are made from vintage or upcycled materials. Because of this, slight variations in fabric, wash, and character marks may occur. These variations make each piece unique.
